The Role
At Ender Turing we are looking for a hybrid L2 Technical Support Engineer who bridges the gap between Customer Success and Core Engineering.
You won’t just close tickets. You will deep-dive into our microservices architecture (EKS), parse logs to find needles in haystacks, and fix small bugs before they ever reach L3.
We’re looking for an engineer who leverages AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate debugging, scripting and SQL optimization, yet has the technical intuition to recognize when AI is wrong and correct it.
Your Core Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Technical Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
- Infrastructure: Comfortable in Linux/Docker environment (SSH, grep, tail -f, docker service ls).
- Cloud & Orchestration: Familiarity with EKS (AWS Kubernetes).
- SQL: Ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
- API & Scripting: Experience with Postman/cURL and Python scripting.
- Debugging: Ability to trace failed requests through multiple microservices using logs.
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to accelerate debugging.
- Ability to validate AI-generated code and detect logic errors or security risks.
- Efficient use of AI tools to analyze logs while protecting sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced troubleshooting of L2 support requests.
- Identify and document bugs clearly for developers.
- Fix small Python/SQL issues when possible.
- Automate log parsing and repetitive support tasks using Python scripts.
