At Ender Turing we are looking for a hybrid L2 Technical Support Engineer who bridges the gap between Customer Success and Core Engineering.

You won’t just close tickets. You will deep-dive into our microservices architecture (EKS), parse logs to find needles in haystacks, and fix small bugs before they ever reach L3.

We’re looking for a Cyborg — an engineer who leverages AI (LLMs) to accelerate debugging, scripting, and SQL optimization, yet has the technical intuition to immediately recognize when AI is wrong and fix it.

Your Core Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Technical Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
• Infrastructure Habitat: Comfortable in a Linux/Docker environment. Using SSH, grep, tail -f, and docker service ls is second nature.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Familiarity with EKS (AWS Kubernetes) and containerized services.
• SQL Ninja: Ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
• API & Scripting: Strong experience with Postman/cURL for API debugging and mid-level Python for automation.
• Debug Master: Ability to trace a failed request across multiple microservices using logs.

AI-Augmented Engineering

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to accelerate debugging.
• Validate AI-generated code and detect logic errors or security risks.
• Analyze log data using AI while protecting sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting of L2 support requests.
• Identify and document bugs clearly for developers.
• Fix small Python or SQL issues when possible.
• Automate log parsing and repetitive support tasks using Python scripts.

The Role

At Ender Turing we are building a conversation intelligence platform used by companies across international markets.

As our product grows, we are looking for a L1 Technical Support / Customer Success Specialist who will become the first point of contact for our customers and help ensure a smooth and reliable support experience.

This role combines technical troubleshooting and customer communication. At the same time, you will also help customers better understand and use the product.

Key Responsibilities

L1 Technical Support

• Monitor incoming support channels (tickets, messages, emails)
• Provide first response and initial troubleshooting for customer issues
• Classify requests according to priority (Blocker / High / Normal)
• Reproduce reported issues and perform initial diagnostics
• Collect necessary information (screenshots, logs, browser console errors, recordings)
• Escalate technical issues to the L2 engineering team when deeper investigation is required
• Resolve simple issues independently whenever possible

Customer Assistance

• Help customers understand how to use the product
• Answer product usage questions and assist with configuration basics
• Support customers with integrations and setup questions
• Occasionally join short troubleshooting calls with customers to clarify issues, reproduce problems, and gather additional context

Knowledge Base & Documentation

• Document recurring issues and solutions
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles
• Create drafts for documentation when common questions appear

Internal Communication

• Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams
