The Fireflies.ai app in the App Marketplace authenticates with your Fireflies API key and imports completed meeting recordings — from Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet — with playable audio. Speakers are attributed to your agents by email; the meetings then get the same scorecards, topics and EnderGPT answers as calls.

- Install the Fireflies.ai app with your API key
In the App Marketplace, click Install on Fireflies.ai and paste your Fireflies API key; the app starts syncing completed meetings. Rotate the key at any time under the app's settings. Fireflies guide ↗
- Check speaker attribution
Ender Turing recognises your people by email: a meeting participant whose email matches an active agent becomes that agent's conversation. Meetings attributed to a deactivated agent are not imported; check and correct attribution in the app settings. Speaker attribution ↗

What Fireflies.ai teams ask before connecting.
Do we have to replace Fireflies?
No — keep it. Fireflies records and summarises a meeting for the person who was in it; Ender Turing listens to and analyzes every meeting Fireflies captured, for the manager: the same stages and required points across every rep and every customer, the calls that converted next to the ones that did not, and coaching from the difference.
Which meeting platforms does the Fireflies import cover?
Whatever Fireflies recorded — Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet — with playable audio. Meetings that show up in Fireflies more than 8 hours late fall outside the re-scanned window; those can be imported manually.
What about Fathom or another recorder?
Other recorders hand over recordings through an available app, the API, SFTP or upload; Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams can also be recorded directly by the Ender Turing browser extension.
Is there a free plan for a small team?
Yes, with no expiry: up to 3 users and 100 conversations a month, meetings up to 30 minutes, with the standard templates. Team is $59 per user per month with no limits, data export and the REST API.
Is it secure, and what about languages?
Ender Turing has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and handles data in a GDPR-compliant way on every plan. It works in any language — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and more in production; any other is added on request.
