Your calls stay where they are. Ender Turing analyzes them there.

Contact-center platforms, telephony, helpdesks, meeting recorders and CRMs — connected read-only, so agents change nothing. Where a platform has no app yet, the browser extension captures the calls directly, or recordings arrive through the REST API, SFTP or upload and are analyzed the same way.

Five9

Documented SFTP connector for recordings and metadata, plus stereo capture in the Five9 workspace.

Captured by the browser extension

Also recorded in stereo, straight from the agent's browser.

Meetings and helpdesk

Meetings and chats, on the same scorecards as calls.

API

Any other platform

Browser calls are captured directly by the WebRTC call recorder; recordings and chats hand over through the REST API, an SFTP export or manual upload — and are analyzed, scored and filtered alongside the rest.

CRM

The CRM your team calls from.

GoHighLevel connects today — read-only Private Integration plus stereo capture through the browser extension. Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio connections that write the summary, score and topics back onto the record are available for early tests with selected teams.

Integrations FAQ

Before you connect.

Which platforms does Ender Turing integrate with?

Documented today: Genesys Cloud (native app), Five9 (SFTP connector), Fireflies.ai (app), Zendesk Voice and Chat (apps), Binotel (app), GoHighLevel (read-only integration plus the browser extension), and browser-extension capture on 18 platforms including NICE CXone, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, Webex Contact Center, RingCentral, 8x8, Dialpad, Aircall, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Anything else hands over recordings through the REST API, SFTP or upload; a browser-based platform that is not on the list is added on request.

What does the browser extension do?

It records calls and meetings in stereo — agent and customer on separate channels — directly in the agent's browser on the platforms you enable under "Services to record", and sends them to your Ender Turing workspace as they end. Chrome or Microsoft Edge, ad-blocking extensions off, one test call per platform.

Does Ender Turing write anything back into my platform?

The documented integrations only read from your platform. Scores, summaries, topics and coaching live in Ender Turing; the REST API and the CRM connector deliver summaries and scores to other systems, and native write-back connections for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio are available for early tests.

My platform is not listed. Can I still use Ender Turing?

Yes. Any platform that can hand over recordings — through the REST API, an SFTP export or manual upload — is analyzed alongside the rest: transcribed, summarized, scored, tagged, filtered and on the dashboards. If your agents call from the browser, the Ender Turing WebRTC call recorder captures the calls directly on 18 platforms, and a browser-based platform that is not on the list is added on request. Tell us the platform when you sign up and we point you to the right path.

Security, hosting regions, sub-processors and response times are documented on the Data Security page; SOC 2 Type II examination completed.
