Ender Turing WebRTC call recorder · Chrome and Edge extension

AI call recording software for every CRM and dialer call — analyzed in seconds.

The Ender Turing WebRTC call recorder — one browser extension, no integration project. Your conversations happen inside a CRM, a dialer or a meeting tool that was never built to analyze them: no recording, a mono mix, an add-on fee, a nightly export. The extension captures every call from any of 18 platforms in stereo and hands it to Ender Turing as the call ends — transcribed, scored on your criteria, summarized, ready to be asked about. Agents change nothing. Nobody waits for a vendor roadmap.

Why teams switch their recording to the extension

The simplest way to get every CRM conversation analyzed.

Integration projects wait on IT, on the vendor's API and on the vendor's roadmap. A browser extension waits on nobody.

1

Live this week, not next quarter

Enable your platform under "Services to record", agents install the extension from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons and click Connect, one test call — the first team is analyzed the same afternoon. No API keys, no integration ticket, no waiting for your CRM vendor to ship a connector.

2

Every call, scored in seconds

A manager listens to a handful of calls a week. Ender Turing scores all of them — stage reached, required lines, objections, next step — with the accuracy of each scorecard point shown against your reviewers and improved from their reviews.

3

Stereo, so the analysis is true

Agent and customer on separate channels: every line attributed to the right speaker, talk ratio and interruptions measured, required lines checked. Platforms that store a mono mix — GoHighLevel is the documented example — get stereo through the extension.

4

Your recordings, on your terms

No recording add-on to buy, no export to schedule, no waiting for the batch: each call arrives in your Ender Turing workspace as it ends. Change CRM or dialer next year and the analysis, the scorecards and the history stay exactly where they are.

5

Calls and meetings on one scorecard

The dialer's cold calls, the Zoom demo, the Teams renewal call and the Salesforce follow-up land in the same workspace, on the same criteria, in the same funnel — so the week can be asked one question: where did we lose?

6

Records only where you say

One organization-wide list of enabled platforms; on every other site the extension stays idle. Per its Chrome Web Store listing it collects no personal data and reads nothing outside the approved domains. SOC 2 Type II examination completed; GDPR-compliant handling on every plan.

Rollout

Fifteen minutes for the first team. No ticket.

Three documented steps, done by your admin and your agents — nothing installed inside the platform, nothing written back.

  1. Enable your platform under "Services to record"

In Ender Turing, open Apps → your WebRTC installation → Update settings, tick your platform in "Services to record" and save. The setting applies to the whole organization and takes effect without reinstalling anything. Apps guide ↗

  2. Install and connect the extension on each agent workstation

Chrome or Microsoft Edge, ad-blocking and privacy extensions off. The agent installs the Ender Turing call recorder, logs in as themselves and clicks Connect — the icon turns green. Their administrator adds the agent's email in Ender Turing first. Extension guide ↗

  3. Make one test call

Platforms differ in how they handle audio in the browser: make one real call on your platform and confirm it appears in Conversations, transcribed and scored. From then on every call is captured in stereo — agent and customer on separate channels. Conversations ↗

Have ready: Chrome or Microsoft Edge with a current version of the extension, ad-blocking and privacy extensions off, each agent's email added in Ender Turing. Then one real test call per platform — platforms differ in how they handle audio in the browser. Administrators see every agent's extension health — last ping, version, last recorded call, issues — in one view.

Published as Ender Turing Call Recorder on the Chrome Web Store ↗ and on Microsoft Edge Add-ons ↗. No sideloading, no enterprise packaging: agents install it like any other extension, or IT deploys it through the browser's own extension policy.

WebRTC call recorder FAQ

What teams ask before installing it.

Why record with an extension instead of the CRM's own call recording?

Because the analysis needs recordings your CRM or dialer usually does not give you: both sides on separate channels, for every call, available the moment the call ends, and yours regardless of the platform's plan or export schedule. Some platforms do not record at all, some store a mono mix — GoHighLevel is the documented example — some hold recordings behind an add-on or a nightly export. The Ender Turing WebRTC call recorder makes all of that irrelevant: it captures the call in the agent's browser, in stereo, and Ender Turing scores it in seconds.

Which CRMs and call software does it work with?

18 platforms today, enabled per organization under "Services to record": Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex (hosted), Webex Contact Center, RingCentral, 8x8, Dialpad, Aircall, Binotel, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zendesk Talk. Zendesk is covered by the Zendesk Talk entry. A browser-based platform that is not on the list is added on request — tell us which one your team calls from.

What does my team actually get from it?

Every call transcribed and summarized, scored on your own scorecard by AutoQA with the accuracy of each point shown against your reviewers, classified by topic and stage reached, checked for the lines that must be said, and searchable in plain language — "which objection cost us demos this week?" answered with citations to the exact calls. Managers stop listening to samples; agents see their own scores and feedback on their dashboard.

Is this call recording software for a call center or for a sales team?

Both. A contact center on Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Talkdesk or Amazon Connect gets stereo recordings without buying or exporting the platform's own recording; a sales or customer-success team on Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, Zoom or Salesforce gets every call and meeting into one workspace on one set of scorecards. In both cases the analysis — not the listening — is what you pay for.

Where do agents install it from?

From the browser's own store: the Ender Turing Call Recorder is published on the Chrome Web Store and on Microsoft Edge Add-ons. Nothing to sideload, no package from us; IT can push it through the browser's extension policy like any other extension. The extension only works with an active Ender Turing account — the agent logs in and clicks Connect.

Do agents have to do anything on each call?

No. Once the extension is installed, connected and shows green, it records automatically when it detects an active call on an enabled platform and sends the recording to your Ender Turing workspace as the call ends, linked to the agent who was logged in. Agents keep calling from the same screen; nothing is written back into the platform.

What is WebRTC, and why does it matter here?

WebRTC is the browser standard that browser-based softphones, dialers and meeting tools use to carry voice. Because the Ender Turing WebRTC call recorder detects an active WebRTC call inside the platform's page and captures the audio at the browser level, it records the same way on every supported platform — no recording feature to switch on in the platform, no API project, no mono file to export afterwards.

Does it record both sides of the call?

Yes, in stereo: agent and customer on separate channels. That is what lets the transcript attribute every line to the right speaker and what makes talk-ratio, interruptions and required-line checks reliable. Platforms that store only a mono mix get stereo through the extension.

What is not covered?

Desktop softphones and hardware phones — the extension records what happens in Chrome or Microsoft Edge — and Twilio Flex deployed on your own domain. Those calls reach Ender Turing through the platform's own recordings: an available app, the REST API, an SFTP export or manual upload, analyzed alongside everything else. On any site not enabled under "Services to record", the extension stays idle.

What about call recording consent laws?

Nothing changes for the caller: the extension records the audio your platform already carries and does not alter what your platform announces or asks. Your existing consent announcements, one-party or all-party rules and retention policies stay exactly as they are — which rules apply in your country or US state is a question for your counsel, not for us. Inside Ender Turing, Roles decide who can open a recording, and anonymization redacts configured sensitive words in the transcript and masks the matching audio.

Where do the recordings go, and what does the extension access?

Recordings go to your organization's Ender Turing workspace only, where Roles decide who sees which team. The extension's Chrome Web Store listing states that it does not collect or store personal data, does not access browsing history, page content or user activity outside the approved domains, and records audio only when an active call is detected on an authorized page. Ender Turing has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and handles data in a GDPR-compliant way on every plan.

How do we know it is working on every agent's machine?

The WebRTC app in Ender Turing has an observability view: a health ratio such as "8/10 ok", and per agent the last ping, extension version, last recorded call, paused status and current issues, with connectivity history. Agents on leave can be muted so the summary stays honest. Diagnostic log collection from the extensions is off by default and can be enabled for troubleshooting.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, with no expiry: up to 5 agents, 200 calls per agent a month, calls up to 10 minutes, with the standard templates. Team is $39 per agent per month with no limits; Business adds executive boards, scheduled reports, connectors and implementation engineers.

Security, hosting regions, sub-processors and response times are documented on the Data Security page; SOC 2 Type II examination completed.
