Zendesk integration · App Marketplace app

Zendesk integration: every call analyzed and scored. Agents change nothing.

The Zendesk Voice and Zendesk Chat apps in the App Marketplace bring calls and chats into Ender Turing with their ticket context; the Ender Turing browser extension additionally records Zendesk Talk calls in stereo in the agent workspace, on any zendesk.com subdomain.

SetupAbout 15 minutes
  1. Install the Zendesk Voice or Zendesk Chat app

From the App Marketplace, install the app for the channel you run; calls and chats then sync into Conversations with their context. Short calls go through normal download and recognition. Apps ↗

  2. Enable Zendesk Talk under "Services to record"

In Ender Turing, open Apps → your WebRTC installation → Update settings, tick Zendesk Talk in "Services to record" and save. The setting applies to the whole organization and takes effect without reinstalling anything. Apps guide ↗

  3. Install and connect the extension on each agent workstation

Chrome or Microsoft Edge, ad-blocking and privacy extensions off. The agent installs the Ender Turing call recorder, logs in as themselves and clicks Connect — the icon turns green. Their administrator adds the agent's email in Ender Turing first. Extension guide ↗

Coverage: Zendesk Talk in the Zendesk agent workspace (any zendesk.com subdomain); Zendesk Voice and Zendesk Chat as marketplace apps.

On top of Zendesk

What the manager sees that Zendesk can't show.

Zendesk knows a call happened and how long it lasted. Ender Turing knows what happened inside it — on every call, not a sample, in any language.

1

Your criteria on every call

Scorecards carry your quality criteria; AutoQA answers them on 100% of calls, with the accuracy of each point against your reviewers shown and improved from their reviews.

2

Stages, topics, required lines

Topics classify each call by what happened and which stage it reached; Funnels show the drop-off; Compliance rules score the lines that must be said, 0–100% per call.

3

Ask the week a question

Chat with EnderGPT answers "what stopped us this week?" with citations to the exact calls; Scheduled chats send the same question every Monday, per team or per agent.

4

Alerts, not reports

Enders (automations) turn a finding into an action: a call reaches a decision-maker → notify the manager; a required line is missing → add the call to a reviewer's queue. In-app and by email.

5

Coach from the calls that worked

Pin the calls that converted into Playlists, assign them with Training plans, and let each agent see their own scores and feedback on My Dashboard.

6

One board per team, client or campaign

The Dashboard filters by team, campaign and agent; C-Level Boards put quality next to volume for the executive; Roles decide who sees which team.

Post-call analysis: Ender Turing works after each call ends. It is not a dialer, a CRM or a replacement for Zendesk, and it does not write to your Zendesk data. Guides: Apps ↗ · Extension guide ↗

Zendesk FAQ

What Zendesk teams ask before connecting.

Does Ender Turing read Zendesk chats as well as calls?

Yes. The Zendesk Chat app brings chats in and the Zendesk Voice app brings calls in; both are scored on the same scorecards, tagged with the same topics and answerable through EnderGPT. Zendesk Talk calls can also be recorded in stereo by the extension in the agent workspace.

Does it write anything back into Zendesk tickets?

No — the apps read. Scores, summaries and topics live in Ender Turing, where the manager works across every channel; the REST API and CRM connector exist for teams that want summaries delivered elsewhere.

Do agents have to change how they work in Zendesk?

No. Agents keep taking and making calls in Zendesk exactly as before. The Ender Turing extension records in the background once it is connected; nothing moves to another screen, and nothing is written back into Zendesk.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, with no expiry: up to 5 agents, 200 calls per agent a month, calls up to 10 minutes, with the standard templates. Team is $39 per agent per month with no limits; Business adds executive boards, scheduled reports, connectors and implementation engineers.

Is it secure, and what about languages?

Ender Turing has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and handles data in a GDPR-compliant way on every plan; Enterprise adds private cloud or on-premise deployment. It works in any language — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and more in production; any other is added on request or connected through your own speech-recognition engine.

Security, hosting regions, sub-processors and response times are documented on the Data Security page; SOC 2 Type II examination completed.
