GoHighLevel integration

The GoHighLevel integration that analyzes every call. Agents change nothing.

Ender Turing captures both sides of every call your agents make from GoHighLevel — through a read-only Private Integration and a browser extension on the agent's workstation — and reads it against your criteria: the funnel stage it reached, the required lines, what to coach. Per agent, per campaign, per client.

Read-only Private Integration Chrome & Edge extension 4.8/5 on G2
SetupAbout 15 minutes
  1. Your GHL Location ID

It is in your GoHighLevel URL (app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/<ID>/…). One location, one ID. GHL guide ↗

  2. A read-only Private Integration Token

Create a Private Integration in GoHighLevel with view-only scopes — conversations, messages, reports, contacts, users. No write, update or delete permission is ever requested. Required scopes ↗

  3. The Ender Turing extension on each agent workstation

GoHighLevel stores call recordings in mono, both voices in one channel. The Ender Turing extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge captures the call in stereo, so agent and customer are analyzed separately. Install, log in as the agent, click Connect — the icon turns green. Extension guide ↗

On top of GoHighLevel

What the manager sees that GoHighLevel can't show.

GoHighLevel call tracking tells you a call happened and how long it lasted. The Ender Turing integration tells you what happened inside it — on every call, not a sample.

1

The stage every call reached

Topics classify each call — gatekeeper, no need, decision-maker reached, meeting set — and Funnels show the conversion and the drop-off between stages, per agent, campaign and client.

2

Required lines, scored on every call

Compliance rules hold the recording disclosure, the consent line, the mandatory opening — and produce a script-adherence score from 0 to 100% for each call. Scorecards carry the rest of your criteria; AutoQA answers them on 100% of calls.

3

Coach from the calls that booked

Pin the calls that set a meeting into Playlists, assign them with Training plans, and let each agent see their own scores and feedback on My Dashboard. Ask EnderGPT what stopped the rest.

4

One view per client

The Dashboard filters by client, campaign, team and agent; C-Level Boards build an executive board per client; Roles decide who sees which team. Built for agencies running campaigns for several clients.

5

Alerts, not reports

Enders (automations) turn a finding into an action: a call reaches a decision-maker → notify the manager; a required line is missing → add the call to a reviewer's queue. In-app and by email.

6

Names transcribed right

Your brand, product and agent names are the words speech recognition gets wrong most. Speech Recognition Quality auto-corrections fix them before any analytics run.

Post-call analysis: Ender Turing works after each call ends. It is not a dialer, not a CRM and not a GoHighLevel replacement; it does not write to your GoHighLevel data. The full outbound case — the problem, what changed, the numbers that matter — is on the outbound call center page.

Before you connect

Four things to have ready.

  • Chrome or Microsoft Edge on every agent workstation, with ad-blocking and privacy extensions turned off — they block the audio stream the extension needs.
  • Each agent registered in Ender Turing — the administrator adds the agent's email so the extension login works.
  • A Private Integration with view-only scopes — nothing more is requested, nothing is written back.
  • Your talk track — the stages and required lines you want checked; the standard outbound template covers the usual ones and you adjust the rest.

GoHighLevel FAQ

What GHL users ask before connecting.

Does Ender Turing record GoHighLevel calls?

Yes — through the Ender Turing WebRTC browser extension. GoHighLevel keeps recording as it does today; the extension on the agent's workstation captures both sides of each call in stereo and sends it to your Ender Turing workspace, where it is transcribed, analyzed and scored. The read-only Private Integration supplies the call's contact, user and conversation context from GoHighLevel.

Why is the browser extension needed if GoHighLevel already records?

Because GoHighLevel stores recordings in mono — agent and customer in one channel. Analyzing a call properly needs the two voices apart: who said the required line, who raised the objection, where the agent talked over the customer. The extension captures stereo audio for exactly that. It runs in Chrome or Microsoft Edge; ad-blocking and privacy extensions must be off on that browser because they block the audio stream.

What permissions does the Private Integration need?

View-only scopes. Minimal: View Conversations, View Conversation Messages, View Conversation Reports, View Contacts, View Users. Recommended adds View Associations, Custom Values, Locations, Tags and Products. Ender Turing never asks for write, update or delete powers on your GoHighLevel data.

Do agents have to change how they work?

No. Agents dial from GoHighLevel exactly as before. Once: install the extension, log in to Ender Turing as the agent and click Connect. Their administrator adds each agent's email in Ender Turing so the login works. From then on every call they make appears in Ender Turing, analyzed and scored.

What does an outbound floor get from it?

Every call classified by the stage it reached — gatekeeper, no need, decision-maker reached, meeting set — with the drop-off between stages per agent, campaign and client; required lines checked on every call with a script-adherence score; the calls that booked meetings pinned next to the ones that did not, for coaching; and one dashboard per client for agencies. The outbound call center page walks through the whole case.

Does it work for agencies with several GoHighLevel locations?

Ender Turing is built for floors that make calls for other people: the Dashboard filters by client, campaign, team and agent, C-Level Boards build a board per client, and Roles decide who sees which team. Each GoHighLevel location has its own Location ID and Private Integration Token; tell us how many locations you run when you sign up and we plan the workspace structure with you before rollout.

Is it secure, and which languages does it support?

Ender Turing has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and handles data in a GDPR-compliant way on every plan; the GoHighLevel integration is read-only and never writes to your GHL data. It works in any language — a floor dialing in English, Spanish, Polish or Ukrainian is analyzed the same way, and a language we do not run yet is added on request.

Is there a free plan for GoHighLevel users?

Yes, with no expiry: up to 5 agents, 200 calls per agent a month, calls up to 10 minutes, with the standard outbound templates. Connecting a location takes about 15 minutes. When the floor grows, Team is $39 per agent per month with no limits.

Security, hosting regions, sub-processors and response times are documented on the Data Security page; SOC 2 Type II examination completed.
