Highlights

Advanced Agent Workspace Filters — Find and Prioritize Key Conversations Instantly

Previously, finding specific conversations in the Agent Workspace, like those with an open dispute, required manual scanning or navigating to different views. This made it difficult to quickly prioritize your team’s most critical review tasks.

Isolate conversations by status: You can now filter the Agent Workspace by specific scorecards and dispute statuses, including Open, Voided, Partially Approved, and Fully Approved. This lets you build a prioritized work queue right where you need it.

Save time with sticky filters: Your filter selections are now remembered for each agent. When you switch between agents, your preferred filters are automatically restored, eliminating dozens of repetitive clicks from your daily workflow.

Find dashboards faster: To further speed up your navigation, C-Level Dashboards now include a search bar, letting you find the right board by name instead of scrolling through a long list.

  • Before: The Agent Workspace showed all conversations, and filters had to be re-applied every time you switched agents.
  • After: You can filter conversations by scorecard and dispute status directly in the Agent Workspace, and your filter settings are saved automatically for each agent you view.
  • In practice: A QA Manager can filter for "Open" disputes to see every unresolved evaluation across their team, address them one by one, and be confident that the filters will remain as they switch between agents.

Get started: Go to the Agent Workspace to see the new filter controls. Your selections will be saved automatically as you work.

Improvements

Track user engagement with "Last Activity" timestamps. The user management table now shows a "Last Activity" timestamp instead of just "Last Login." This gives you a far more accurate picture of who is actively using the platform, helping you manage licenses and team engagement more effectively.

Fixes

▸ Formula-based charts on dashboards now correctly calculate results across all underlying data points, ensuring more accurate and reliable visualizations.
