This release is about connecting insight to action more effectively than ever before. We're giving you powerful new ways to integrate Ender Turing's analytics directly into your other business systems, helping you close the loop between analysis and operational results. Alongside these new capabilities, you'll find significant enhancements to our AI governance tools, making it safer and easier to manage your analytics at scale.
Dynamic Webhook URLs — Send automation results to specific records in external systems like Zendesk or your CRM, without any custom middleware.
Topic Governance Controls — Safely manage your AI-powered topic library by seeing exactly which automations a topic impacts before you make a change.
Previously, webhooks could only be sent to a single, fixed URL. To update a specific ticket or record in an external system, you had to build and maintain a custom proxy service to handle the routing.
▸ Integrate directly with record-specific APIs: Send updates to the exact record a conversation is about, like a ticket in Zendesk or an opportunity in your CRM.
▸ Eliminate middleware: Connect directly to third-party platforms that require a record ID in the URL, reducing complexity and maintenance overhead.
▸ Test with confidence: Preview the exact, resolved URL that an automation will use for any given conversation before activating the webhook.
To get started, open a Webhook action in any automation, go to the Destination tab, and add a placeholder to the URL. The Preview tab will show you the resolved URL for a sample conversation.
As your topic library grew, it became difficult to know which automations, reports, or other processes depended on a specific topic. Editing or archiving a topic was risky, with the potential to silently break critical workflows.
▸ Prevent broken automations: Instantly see every Ender (automation) that uses a given topic before you make changes, so you can modify or archive with confidence.
▸ Track definition history: A new Version number shows which iteration of a topic's definition is active, helping you manage changes and understand its evolution.
▸ Customize your workspace: Show, hide, and reorder columns in the Topics list to focus on what matters to you, whether it's accuracy, usage, or creation date.
Go to Analytics → Topics. The list now includes "Used by Enders" and "Version" columns, and a column configuration control in the table header. Click on any topic to see the full list of Enders that depend on it.
▸ Surface Genesys Outbound Context for Richer Filtering and Analytics — You can now select custom contact-list fields from your Genesys Cloud instance (like case type or campaign ID) and publish them as filterable CRM statuses in Ender Turing. This allows you to segment conversations, build reports, and create automations based on the same business context your outbound team uses.
▸ Automatic Accuracy Scores for Existing Topics — All eligible topics in your library, including those created months ago, now automatically receive accuracy scores. This backfill process runs in the background, saving you hours of manual re-review and providing a complete, consistent measure of quality across your entire topic library.
▸ Focus Quadrant Charts with Saved Zoom and Filters — You can now zoom into quadrant charts by setting custom value ranges for the X and Y axes. This helps you de-clutter busy charts to analyze specific agent cohorts, and your preferred view is automatically saved for the next time you visit.
▸ Reliable Topic Improvement for Rare Categories — The AI training process for topics now requires a balanced set of positive and negative examples before running. This prevents definitions for rare topics from becoming inaccurate and provides clear guidance when more human-reviewed examples are needed.
▸ More Reliable Fireflies Imports with Automatic Agent Matching — Your Fireflies meeting imports are now more robust, resuming automatically after interruptions. More importantly, meetings are now automatically attributed to the correct Ender Turing agent when there is confident evidence, reducing manual assignment work.
▸ Track Monthly Conversation Volume and Duration — The System settings page now includes a monthly usage card showing not just active agents, but also the total number of conversations and processed duration for the last six months. This gives administrators a complete picture of platform consumption.
▸ More Consistent and Granular Role-Based Access Controls — Access to administrative functions like system settings, reporting subscriptions, and user management is now governed by more specific, role-based permissions. This ensures access controls are predictable and easier to manage.
▸ Improved topic categorization reliability for accounts with hundreds of topics and for calls that match no specific topic.
▸ Ensured notifications arrive reliably and only once, and that notification settings accurately
