What's New — November 2, 2025

This update focuses on reinforcing core platform reliability and empowering more of your team with powerful analytics. A critical fix ensures seamless access for all users, letting you focus on what matters. We are also expanding access to the Discovery module, putting conversation insights directly into the hands of your team leads to drive performance from the ground up.

Executive Summary

Platform Reliability — A critical fix ensures all users can log in reliably with their existing passwords, restoring seamless access to the platform and removing login-related friction.

Highlights

Platform Reliability — Log In With Confidence

A recent issue prevented some users from logging in with their correct passwords, requiring unnecessary password resets and causing disruption. This has been fully resolved to ensure stable, predictable access for everyone on your team.

Ensure Seamless Access: You and your team can now log in with confidence using your existing credentials, without fear of being locked out.

Reduce Admin Friction: This fix eliminates login-related support requests, freeing up administrators to focus on higher-value quality management tasks.

  • Before: Some users were unable to log in with valid passwords, forcing a password reset to regain access.
  • After: The login and authentication process is now fully reliable for all users and password types.
  • In practice: A QA manager who was previously spending time helping locked-out agents can now trust that everyone can access the platform without issue.

No action is needed. Your login experience is now restored to be seamless and reliable.

Improvements

Discovery Access for Team Leads and Agents — You can now grant access to the Discovery module for users with team-level or own-conversation permissions. This empowers team leads to explore trends and identify coaching opportunities within their team's conversations, and allows agents to review patterns in their own interactions for self-improvement without needing organization-wide access.

Streamlined Ender Management — We've improved the workflow for managing Enders and Prompts. Archived Enders are now reliably excluded from running against new conversations. When you duplicate an Ender or Prompt, you will now get a confirmation prompt and be taken directly to the new copy's edit screen, saving you time and preventing accidental duplicates.

Correct Reviewer List for Disputes — When initiating a score dispute, the list of available reviewers is now correctly filtered to show only users with the permissions to review and score conversations. This prevents disputes from being incorrectly assigned to agents or other unqualified users, ensuring the workflow proceeds smoothly to the right person.
