Chorus Alternatives and Competitors: 8 Tools Compared (2026)

Chorus.ai is now ZoomInfo Chorus. ZoomInfo bought it in July 2021, chorus.ai forwards to ZoomInfo's website, and Chorus is sold on custom plans with no published prices. If your team already works in ZoomInfo, Chorus may be the simplest choice. If it doesn't, or you need something Chorus was not built for, this list compares eight Chorus alternatives, with the prices vendors publish, checked on September 24, 2026.

What happened to Chorus.ai?

  • ZoomInfo bought it. ZoomInfo announced on July 13, 2021 that it would acquire Chorus.ai for about $575 million in cash (ZoomInfo press release) and dates the acquisition to July 2021 (ZoomInfo acquisitions).
  • It lives on zoominfo.com. chorus.ai forwards visitors to the ZoomInfo Chorus product page (ZoomInfo Chorus).
  • Prices are not published. "ZoomInfo Chorus offers custom plans", with a form to request pricing (ZoomInfo Chorus pricing). Neither that page nor ZoomInfo's main pricing page says whether Chorus can be bought without a ZoomInfo subscription.
  • G2 no longer lists it. G2's Chorus by ZoomInfo page now says the product "is no longer valid" and points to other conversation intelligence tools (September 25, 2026).
  • What it does today. Chorus records and transcribes calls, meetings and emails, with the recording and transcript "just minutes after your call ends", and adds scorecards, coaching recommendations, deal intelligence and trackers for next steps, pricing and objections (ZoomInfo Chorus pricing; sales coaching).

How we compared them

We read each vendor's own product and pricing pages on September 24, 2026 and asked the same four questions:

  1. Who is it built for? Sales teams, contact centers or enablement.
  2. What does it analyze? Calls, video meetings and emails; scoring, coaching and forecasting.
  3. What does it cost? Published prices, or a quote.
  4. Can you try it first? A free plan, a trial, or a demo only.

The 8 best Chorus alternatives

1. Ender Turing

Ender Turing review screen: a call transcript on the left, the scorecard on the right, one click per point

Every call your team had this week, analyzed in seconds. Ask it anything. Ender Turing analyzes every sales call and meeting for the manager: which stage it reached, whether a next step was agreed, which objections came up, and a score linked to the exact moment in the recording. Add a rep or a territory without adding a manager.

Best for: sales and customer-success teams of 3 to 50 people that already record calls with Fireflies, Fathom or a dialer, and contact centers that want every call scored, not a sample.

Pricing: free for up to 3 users (50 conversations a month, meetings up to 30 minutes, no expiry); Team $59 and Business $89 per user per month, billed monthly. Contact centers: free for up to 5 agents, then $39 and $79 per agent per month (pricing).

G2 rating: 4.8/5.

What it does:

  • Scores every call against your stages and required points, such as budget asked, next step agreed and decision-maker present, and shows how often the scores agree with your own reviewers (scorecards).
  • Coaches from the calls that converted. The calls that won become playlists for the rest of the team (playlists).
  • Answers questions in plain language. Ask EnderGPT "what objections came up on demo calls this week?" and get the answer with the calls cited (EnderGPT).
  • Turns findings into actions. A demo without a next step notifies the manager (Enders).
  • Keeps the recorder you have. The Fireflies app imports completed meetings; Fathom and other recorders, CRM dialers and contact-center platforms hand over recordings through an app, API, SFTP or upload; the browser extension records Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls (Fireflies guide).
  • Works in any language your customers speak.

In contact centers: averages across 50+ contact-center deployments: 100% of calls automatically scored versus a 3–5% manual baseline, +19% customer satisfaction, −15% average handle time, and 68 QA hours saved per specialist per month (case studies).

Limits to know: it is not a notetaker, a dialer or a CRM, and it does not forecast pipeline; live suggestions during the call (Ender Assist) are in early access.

We make Ender Turing. Every fact in this entry comes from our pricing page, our case studies, our Help Center or G2. See sales call coaching or start free.

2. Gong

Best for: B2B revenue teams that want recording, deal tracking, forecasting and coaching on one platform.

Pricing: not published. "Licenses are priced per user", with "a platform fee based on the number of users supported" (Gong pricing).

Free trial: none stated; a demo.

G2 rating: 4.7/5.

What it does:

  • Captures calls, video meetings, emails, SMS, calendar events and LinkedIn messages (Revenue Graph).
  • Scores calls automatically with its AI Call Reviewer and coaches reps with AI role-play (Gong Enable).
  • Turns deal signals into AI-guided forecasts (Gong Forecast), in 70+ languages (language support).

Compared with Chorus: both record, transcribe, score and flag deal risk, and neither publishes prices. Gong is sold on its own; Chorus sits inside ZoomInfo's platform. More in our Gong competitors.

3. Salesloft (now including Clari Copilot)

Best for: revenue teams that want outreach cadences, deal management, forecasting and conversation intelligence from one vendor.

Who it is now: Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on December 3, 2025 (Salesloft), and since September 2, 2026 the company operates as Salesloft (Salesloft). Clari's conversation intelligence continues as part of Salesloft, and Clari's Copilot page now leads to Salesloft Conversation Intelligence, generally available since July 14, 2026 (launch).

Pricing: not published; the pricing page leads to a "Talk to sales" booking page (Salesloft).

Free trial: none stated.

G2 rating: 4.5/5.

What it does:

4. Outreach

Best for: sales teams that run prospecting sequences and want conversation intelligence in the same platform.

Pricing: not published; seats plus consumption-based AI credits, in four packages from Amplify Essentials, "for teams that need conversation intelligence at the center of their stack", to Amplify Pro, each with "Request pricing" (Outreach pricing).

Free trial: none stated; a demo.

G2 rating: 4.3/5.

What it does:

  • Outreach Kaia joins and records live meetings and calls, with real-time transcription and live battlecards (conversation intelligence).
  • Content Cards surface answers during the call; AI coaching suggestions and playlists follow it (rep coaching).
  • Forecasting (forecast projection, scenario planner) comes with the top package (Outreach pricing).

5. Avoma

Best for: small and mid-sized sales teams that want meeting notes, call scoring and forecasting, with per-seat prices on the website.

Pricing: per recorder seat per month: Startup $19, Organization $29 and Enterprise $39, billed annually (Startup $29 and Organization $39 billed monthly; Enterprise is annual only, with a 10-seat minimum). Call scoring and forecasting are two add-ons, each $29 per seat a month billed annually, and viewers are free (Avoma pricing).

Free trial: 14 days of the Organization plan with every add-on, no credit card (Avoma pricing).

G2 rating: 4.6/5.

What it does:

  • Records and transcribes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex meetings, and calls from dialers such as RingCentral, Aircall and Kixie (Avoma pricing).
  • Scores calls automatically against custom scorecards or methods such as MEDDICC, SPICED and Sandler, with AI coaching recommendations (Avoma pricing).
  • Shows answer cards for objections and hard questions during the call (conversation intelligence).
  • Adds deal risk alerts, deal health scores and roll-up forecasting, with native Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Copper integrations (Avoma pricing).

6. Jiminny

Best for: sales teams that want call recording, scorecards and forecasting, with seat prices they can see before a demo.

Pricing: three seat types in its FAQ: Recording seat from $83 a month, Insights seat from $42 a month, Listener seat $0. The minimum contract is 12 months, billed monthly or annually; there is no platform fee, but a one-time setup fee (Jiminny FAQ).

Free trial: 14 days, no credit card (Jiminny).

G2 rating: 4.6/5.

What it does:

  • Captures every email, phone and video call (Jiminny).
  • Scores calls automatically and runs coaching scorecards (sales coaching).
  • Native apps for Salesforce and HubSpot; recording and transcription in 60+ languages (Jiminny FAQ).

7. Revenue.io

Best for: Salesforce teams of 15 or more sellers that want a dialer, guidance during the call and conversation intelligence in one tool.

Pricing: not published. Pricing is seat-based and "we build a custom quote on your demo call"; the plans are Activate, Engage and Orchestrate, "built for Salesforce teams of 15+ seats" (Revenue.io pricing).

Free trial: none stated; a demo.

G2 rating: 4.7/5.

What it does:

  • A Salesforce-native dialer that records calls and Zoom, Teams and Meet meetings, with recordings stored in Salesforce (Conversation AI).
  • Moments guides reps during live calls, on every plan (Moments; pricing).
  • AI scorecards, coaching feedback and deal health scores come with the Orchestrate plan (pricing).

Revenue.io is the former ringDNA, renamed in November 2021 (press release).

8. Salesken

Best for: inside and field sales teams that want cues during the call and a quality score on every call.

Pricing: not published; "licenses priced per recorded user" plus "an additional platform fee determined by the number of users" (Salesken pricing).

Free trial: none stated.

G2 rating: 4.9/5.

What it does:

  • Gives reps live, in-call guidance to handle objections (Salesken).
  • Auto-scores 100% of interactions (quality assurance) and flags compliance incidents in real time (Salesken pricing).
  • Forecasts pipeline and closure probability from conversations, and records field sales conversations (Salesken pricing).

Chorus or ExecVision: which should you standardize on?

Check what each vendor still sells before you standardize on either:

  • ExecVision was bought by Mediafly in 2022. Mediafly announced in November 2022 that it had completed the integration of ExecVision, "acquired in Q2 2022", into its platform (Mediafly). ExecVision's own site still shows the acquisition banner (ExecVision), and its blog's last post is from May 2022 (ExecVision blog feed). On September 24, 2026, Mediafly's homepage did not mention ExecVision or conversation intelligence (Mediafly).
  • Chorus is sold as ZoomInfo Chorus (ZoomInfo Chorus).

If you run ExecVision today, ask Mediafly what it still supports. If you are choosing now, compare Chorus with the maintained tools above: Gong or Salesloft for a full revenue platform, Jiminny or Avoma for published prices and a trial, and Ender Turing for a small team or a contact center.

Which Chorus alternative fits your team

  • A sales team of 3 to 50 that wants every call analyzed for the manager, not another recorder: Ender Turing, on top of the recorder you already use. Start free.
  • A contact center: Ender Turing scores every call on your own scorecard (quality management).
  • One revenue platform with forecasting and cadences: Gong or Salesloft; Outreach if your team lives in sequences.
  • Published seat prices and a trial: Jiminny or Avoma.
  • A Salesforce team of 15 or more that dials from Salesforce: Revenue.io.
  • Cues during the call for inside and field sales: Salesken.
  • Meeting notes and summaries for each rep, on a small budget: Fireflies has a free plan, and its Business plan ($19 per seat a month, billed annually) adds conversation intelligence (Fireflies pricing). Ender Turing works on top of it and analyzes every rep's meetings for the manager (Fireflies app).
